Each member of the Maine Health Management Coalition (MHMC) has a position on the Board of Directors, which oversees the affairs of MHMC and meets quarterly.  Additionally, MHMC is governed by an Executive Committee, which consists of Board members elected by the general membership to handle the day-to-day affairs.
